Impact
Tencent Americas, as the global headquarters for the NBA Infinite game, our responsibilities include overseeing in-game assets review and submissions from the R&D and Branding, User acquisition and Regional assets from Marketing teams. I serve as the primary liaison with the NBA and NBPA for asset reviews and meet with these key stakeholders on a weekly basis. My core responsibilities included ensuring that all in-game players, jerseys and appearances, NILs, and court appearances accurately reflected reality, protecting the NBA and NBPA brand image, and complying with relevant laws and regulations, including copyright, likeness, and trademark rights, to support the interests of our brands and partners.
In the challenge of managing a team covering five different countries and reviewing and submitting thousands of assets, I used Wecom excel sheets (developed by Tencent, similar to Google sheets), Sharepoint, and NBPA Portal as my main asset management tools. This ensured efficient organization and seamless integration of project resources.
